An extraordinary wine, a riserva obtained from the fermentation and subsequent ageing for one year in small French casks.

The incredible structure, persistent flavours, intense bouquet and enviable longevity are a rarity amongst white wines, it’s considered one of the world’s great white wines.

Thanks to its defined and elegant taste, this wine can match with most of the seafood and oven fish, but also with plates with truffle. Delicious as well with white meats like rabbit or sweet and sour pork.

The awarding will be presented the 17th of October at 10.30 am at Auditorium del Massimo, Via Massimiliano Massimo 1 – Roma Eur. Will follow the tasting of the awarded wines from 3.00 to 8.00 pm at Città del Gusto del Gambero Rosso, Via Enrico Fermi 161 – Roma Eur.
