That is how they started producing a wide range of wines: from local wines – Passerina and Pecorino – to most famous wines as Sangiovese, Merlot, Montepulciano, Barbera, Pinot, Chardonnay.
All Ciù Ciù wines are an authentic expression of the winemaking tradition, the result of uninterrupted research and high quality standards, but also of a natural ecosystem with a unique and irreplaceable terroir (microclimate, soil and subsoil). The land where vineyards grow belongs to the town of Offida and it’s very peculiar: equidistant from the Adriatic Sea and the mountains, it gives the grapes peculiar and esteemed features.
