The Casali Winery was founded in 1900 in the Reggio Emilia territory; this place still preserves Neolithic Age traces, but had its most glorious age during the Renaissance. The famous Italian poet Matteo Maria Boiardo, author of the “Orlando Innamorato”, ruled this feud during the XVth century. Only such a precious wine could have been born in a land so full of history.
Casali Winery loves their land, and that is why they produce clean energy and have defined grapes cultivation rules to preserve the environment.
The winery, nowadays, produces two millions bottles a year. The grapes give birth to Lambrusco wines, sparkling wine, Bianchi di Scandiano wines and Malvasia wines.
